We are delighted to announce that La Collina has been awarded as second classified in Cat. 38 – Light, amber and dark beers, high or low fermentation, from low to high alcohol content with the use of honey with our War Is Over !!!
La Collina’s 10 Primavere
To celebrate our first 10 years, we decided to create a new beer, a Saison. A light beer, characterized by the use, in addition to barley malt, of cereals such as rye, spelled and oats. The citrus and peppery notes make the drink smooth and refreshing.
